Swine flu is traveling across the globe; confirmed cases have been reported in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Spain and Scotland. With world wide air travel, this could just be the beginning of a world wide pandemic.
In Mexico, reports indicate as many as 103 deaths, and over 2000 reported cases. In the USA, the newest numbers indicate about 20 cases so far.
